Residential services with
Surrey Association for Community Living

SACL is proud to provide high quality, person centered services to those we support. We work with individuals, their families, and their support team to ensure our services meet and exceed all needs. We work with you to make sure you have tools necessary to live the best possible life in the community.

Home Share

Home Share is a program that provides year-round (24×7) shared living in private family homes, focusing on person-centered life skills and community inclusion.

Home Share is entirely person-centered, and it allows individuals to select a home share provider of their choice as well as a home environment that meets their unique goals and preferences. Service is provided in the home share providers home and in the community.

Service access is determined by waitlists and referrals, which are managed by CLBC. The Association does everything it can to meet the needs of individuals referred to programs, accept referrals where a potential match can be made and deliver services within a reasonable time.

Staffed Residential Homes

SACL has three residential homes within the community. Persons served live in the homes year-round (24×7) and are provided with person-centered enrichment activities in the community and through day programs. Services are provided in-person in the staffed residential setting, in SACL day programs, and in the community.
